Fixed the following issues:
Desk gear: Current ticket details and the replies are not shown in the ticket details screen. #63
DESK: Message textview is hidden behind the keyboard in Ticket details screen. #64

Return key "Go" in the keyboard has been auto enabled based on the textview value.
On click of return key("GO") in keyboard, called the send reply method to post the message to server.
Saved the ticket Id in DeskCase object, After creating the ticket successfully.
When keyboard is shown, message view is moved up and when keyboard is hidden, message view’s constant is set 0, so that it goes to the bottom of the screen.
