DESK: Message textview is hidden behind the keyboard in Ticket details screen.

Actual behavior:

• User launches the Desk ticket details screen.
• Clicks on the Message text view.
• Keyboard shows up.
• Message Textview is hidden behind the keyboard.

Expected behavior:

• User launches the Desk ticket details screen.
• Clicks on the Message text view.
• Keyboard shows up.
• Message Textview should move up with the keyboard and be visible.
