Desk gear: Current ticket details and the replies are not shown in the ticket details screen. #63

Actual behaviour:

  • User creates a new ticket in Desk.
  • User goes to the ticket details screen.
  • Current ticket details(Message and the replies) are not shown, it just launches a blank screen.

Expected behaviour:

  • User creates a new ticket in Desk.
  • User goes to the ticket details screen.
  • Current ticket details(Message and the replies) should be shown.
