- Added i18n/de-formal.json with formal variants of messages - Updated message keys to support FORMAL handling via mw.msg - Ensures correct UI text depending on user's language preference (de vs de-formal)
- Cleaned up de-formal.json to follow MediaWiki’s de/de-formal convention - Kept only messages that differ between informal (du) and formal (Sie) - Removed neutral/identical messages so de.json acts as the fallback
