Machine Learning student in the IASD (Artificial Intelligence, Systems & Data) program across Université Paris Dauphine–PSL, ENS & Mines Paris 🎓
I have a BSc & MSc in bioinformatics and experience in biomedical data analysis and precision medicine. Over the years, I’ve mostly worked with data, seeing how stats and code can make an impact in healthcare, even with simple methods.
Lately, I’ve become more interested in the methods themselves (the theory, the math, the “why it works” - beyond the data). I now see myself at the crossroads of applied and theoretical research: still focused on building useful things, but also enjoying the nerdy side of exploring, understanding, and improving how they work. And I really like clean code and elegant solutions 🤓.
With that in mind, I’m currently looking for a final-year internship and exploring PhD opportunities in the field of applied maths & machine learning.
