Enable project compilation and test execution by resolving dependency and type alias conflicts.
The project previously failed to compile due to missing system OpenSSL dependencies (addressed by switching
reqwesttorustls-tlsand vendoringopenssl). Test compilation was also blocked byResulttype alias conflicts and unexported strategy modules, which are now resolved.
