渲染搜索箱有多处，在公共的 build_search_box_category_table() 加了，那么参数就有，处理方就得处理 intag 和 notintag。比如 getrss.php 中调用得在 torrentrss.php 中也接收参数并处理下。

另外 sql 语句是否过于复杂。
