Please include a summary of the changes and the related issue(s) this PR addresses.
added web component for the missing person cards. (developer's choice) It also makes it easy to style the card, everything is in 1 place.
Fixed the inconsistent styling of the missing persons cards. Rows are now same height
Changed the Heading of the page, I think this new heading properly explains what the page is about and the particular event we are monitoring.
