Add new sections

• Add a new section about analytical methods for temporal/spatial single-cell datasets on the research page.
• Add Aristoteleo to the software section on the resources page.
• Add description and git of Aristoteleo to the new resources section.

TODO:

• Look for a new image on the research page
• Need to double-check the text

@Sichao25 I don't, sorry. Probably only Jonathan knows how those old ones were generated. Shouldn't be hard to make a new one though: take a photo of something at someone's bench, make it blue.
