Implement lazy-loading and pre-streaming for the capture page to drastically improve perceived loading time and user experience.
The backend stream (Daydream + WHIP) now initializes with a dummy black canvas in the background while the user configures parameters. Camera access is only requested and the dummy stream replaced with the live camera feed when the user clicks "Start Stream", providing a seamless transition and delaying permission prompts.
