* Transparency log: store IP and UserAgent in audit records * Store IP addresses in compact binary form * Show audit record IP to auditor roles only
* Rename maintainer to user in maintainer_added/removed to make sure the UserFilter can find them correctly * Avoid package_transferred entries with gaps resulting in json objects instead of arrays * Ensure the user filter can find usernames inside package_transferred events too
