Creation of specific skins

Create two ProcessMaker skins, one called glpi_classic and one glpi_neoclassic based respectively on classic and neoclassic:

Please respect the new skin names, as they are used for Javascript compatibility between GLPI forms and Processmaker forms.

Note: these new skins MUST not be activated in ProcessMaker web interface, they are required in order to be able to differentiate an URL call from GLPI web interface or from ProcessMaker web interface.
