This PR updates chains metadata with:

• New chains added (Japan Open Chain, Wanchain Testnet, Edgeware EdgeEVM, Memento, 0G Mainnet, Henesys, Won Network, Tron Nile)
• Several chains marked as deprecated (Berachain bArtio, Taiko Hekla, Etherlink Ghostnet, 0G testnets, Celo Alfajores)
• RPC endpoints and explorer URLs updated across multiple chains
• Native currency corrections and chain name updates

All changes follow the expected schema and represent legitimate metadata updates.
