I don't think we should be introducing new instances of the _KF6_MINOR_VERSION global helper variable.
If this is a common enough needed bit of information to warrant a helper it would also warrant a proper build system variable.
e.g. TERMUX_KF6_MINOR_VERSION.

Introducing a potential TERMUX_KF6_MINOR_VERSION build system variable can be handled in a separate PR and is out of scope for this one.
