- Separate `Sixel.TerminalBackgroundColor` from `Sixel.BackgroundColor`. In order to blend colors with `Sixel.BackgroundColor` when Transparency is `None`, otherwise with `Sixel.TerminalBackgroundColor` - Merge blend colors processing into `Sixel.FromRgba32()` - Remove `termBg` argument parameter from `Sixel.GetColorPalette()` and `Sixel.EncodeFrame()` since it is no longer needed.
