This changes the testing setup on AppVeyor to run tests against SQL Server 2017, instead of SQL Server 2014. It also gets rid of the configuration script (
enable-sql-server-tcp-ip.ps1), as TCP-IP should already be configured correctly for SQL Server 2017.Motivation and Context
This reduces a bit of complexity in the CI setup.
