Changes and new features:

1. Added profiles
2. The API for command generators has been removed (now it is unified)
3. New interpreter based on bison and flex (to be rewritten soon)
4. New package structure
5. The modules now need to be connected in the configuration file itself. And also, now modules are written in lua.

7. Added a process management system (for simultaneous compiler invocation for multiple files at once)
