Mandates only applies to statically checked compile-time items New "Hardened preconditions" clause added. Many items in mandates and precondications are moved into that. Thows clauses removed. Weight function name changed from "w" to "weight" to reflect code. Rename "seed" to "source" to match statements. Summarize changes in Revisions
Hardened preconditions should be O(1). In the case where there are multiple sources, they should be specified as preconditions. Remove ranges:: prefix in common type names for clarity Add Remarks for Connected Components and Strongly Connected Components Remove stale, commented-out text
