This PR adds a minimal Makefile that provides convenient shortcuts for common Gradle tasks (build, test, check, JaCoCo, publish to Maven Local).
The Makefile is intended purely as a developer convenience and does not replace or affect existing CI workflows, which continue to invoke the Gradle wrapper directly.
