Adds a new requested 'Combine' feature, allowing you to combine multiple selected icon states into one combination.
You can specify to keep all directions and frames, or just the first one of each.
You can (de)select states to combine via Ctrl + Click, just like in DreamMaker.
You can use Shift + Ctrl + Click to mass-select.
