- latest url `.api/mcp` - legacy url `.api/mcp/v1` If neither work, we just return an error that the mcp endpoint is not available

We have two mcp endpoitns currently:
.api/mcpsince 6.12.api/mcp/v1before 6.12If neither work, we just return an error that the mcp endpoint is not available
