configurations clean-up. NotificationService minor fix. Detailed description: Doxygen documentation added for ReservationService and NotificationService. README updated for ReservationService and NotificationService with some minor adjustments. Environment variable template files (.env.template) included in Pay mentService and NotificationService - added to README. Clean-up of unneccesary IDE configurations, and Git-Hub workflow. Minor fix in Notification Service mailing logic. Relates to #134.
