Add/new endpoints and update Metabase version

• Create a new card;
• Fetch a collection;
• Fetch a collection's items;
• Create a new collection;
• Fetch the dashboard;
• Create a new dashboard;
• Copy a dashboard;
• Add a Card to a Dashboard;
• Update Cards on a Dashboard;
• Remove a DashboardCard from a Dashboard.

Hey @wantero . Any updates ? I wanted to make a full update of all endpoints (alerts, automagic, etc.) but useless if @shimoju isn't available for reviewing and merging. Did you contact him ?
