Comparing Datasets

Sebastian Schäfer edited this page Apr 5, 2023 · 2 revisions

Under the Gamma analysis section in the Analysis tab in the options menu, you can compare your data sets using gamma. Select your reference and evaluation plot from the corresponding drop-down menus, and specify the parameters of the anaylsis in the adjacent fields. The present for the maximum Gamma calculated is 4. To perform the analysis, click the "Calculate" button. The resulting Gamma-passrate will be displayed according to the following coloring scheme:

95% <= Passrate <= 100% : Green
80% <= Passrate < 95% : Yellow
0% <= Passrate < 80% : Red

Plotting Comparison Results

In the same section, you will find two checkboxes: "Plot difference", and "Plot gamma". Only one selection is allowed at a time. Checking either box either plots the percentage difference between the datasets, or the calculated Gamma for each point, color-coded by a heatmap.
