We have a TestNG repo for doing TestNG stuff, this needs to be JUnitified. Also not sure if we should be doing this as a separate branch for the time being instead of merging to master right off. |

Slightly different approach to using
MutableOptionsgenerally instead ofDesiredCapabilities.Since
ChromeOptions,FirefoxOptions, etc are all instances ofMutableCapabilities, we can take advantage of this. These tests do run with Java 1.8.
