This commit translates the original Getting Practical file (getting-practical.md) into Spanish, creating a new file named ponerse-practico.md.
The new file includes the following topics translated into Spanish:
- Prerequisites
- Choosing Your Project
- Creating Your Repository
- Adding Repository Documentation
- Promoting Your Project
- Recognizing Contributions
- Tracking Your Project
