This commit introduces the file, providing guidelines in Spanish for contributing to the translation of the and courses. The guidelines cover various aspects, including: - Workflow for contributing translations - Code of Conduct - Communication guidelines - Style guide for translations (including exceptions for certain terms and Markdown syntax) - Issue and Pull Request templates - Project setup instructions - Commit message conventions - List of prohibited Git commands - Instructions for creating a Pull Request This file aims to onboard Spanish-speaking contributors effectively, ensuring consistency and quality in the translations.
