Hello,
I have installed your release 0.9.14:
I got that error (and then a crash) when I want to change the compose key.

Also, do you think you could fix #299 #320 ?

Will it still work on older releases of Windows since its using .NET 4.8.1 ? I have previously had issues running .NET 4.8.1 stuff on Win10
