We should be able to proceed to debian trixie once the preceding PR is merged.
Sundry extras:
ghcr.io/rails/devcontainer/images/ruby, but works withmcr.microsoft.com/devcontainers/rubyrails/devcontainer#83 (comment) (and that seemed to help)
