This repository contains code for the paper Prediction of tissue-of-origin of early-stage cancers using serum miRNomes.

Preprocess data

This repository is updated to reproduce the dataset from the original paper. The processed datasets will be used to be the input for bioanalyzer to be integrated on RIVER platform
