[redborder-webui] Improve Monitor -> Segments: Add multiple select by search, Add bulk delete segments, Add export/import segments (backup)
The purpose of this script its to able redborder-webui to handle segment backup.
You should check code from script and try it from redborder-webui at /monitor/segments doing some import and export from filtering and select some segments.
