- add support for custom functions passed to Ctx
- document functions and macros with examples in README
- validate Ctx on eval checking for function/macro name conflicts
- Updated ErrInvalidFunctionArg to use a name instead of an index for better clarity in error messages. - Renamed IndexFnArg to IndexFuncArg to reflect the change in argument handling, removing the index parameter.
