This PR switches from a forked version of the goccy/go-yaml library back to the upstream version after changes were merged upstream. The dependency is updated from v1.18.0 to v1.19.1.
- Updates goccy/go-yaml dependency from v1.18.0 to v1.19.1
- Removes the replace directive that pointed to the cpuguy83/goccy-yaml fork
- Updates go.sum with new checksums for the upstream library
