Hi!
I modified the druggability.py script that is run in the "Assess Drugability" and "Evaluate a site" parts of the GUI so it runs on python3.8.
I tested it following the tutorial at http://prody.csb.pitt.edu/tutorials/drugui_tutorial/setup.html and could generate all the output files.
My system specifications are:
Ubuntu 20.04
Python 3.8.5
Numpy 1.20.3
VMD 1.9.3
