  • Attempts to fix minikube devnet setup for local testing
  • Adds makefile targets and docs to simplify ux
  • TODO: handle settting REPO_BRANCH in [mev-commit/infrastructure/charts/deploy-contracts.py](http://deploy-contracts.py/) to checked out branch
