The onboarding process at CPG can be a bit challenging due to the complexity of our codebase and the dynamic nature of our teams. We believe a more hands-on approach to introducing new staff members would be beneficial.
This is an attempt to create workshops/tutorials that walk staff members through the requirements of their roles, ideally as specific to their roles requirements as possible.
