Creating 2 functions that allow for direct usage of MPCA grammar without needing to declare any additional parsers.
Finishes the work and allows usage of mpca_lang_auto as well as mpca_lang_auto_files.
Clarifying some changes
Cleaning up some stupid things that I gitignored too late.

Cleans the headspace by:
internals/mpc_internal.h, which integratesmpc.h.mpc_internal.h.This here also tags the release as "v0.10". Starting now, releases should be tagged.
