This PR extends the AgentSpec adapter for CrewAI to support bidirectional conversion of MCP tools.

Note: a new version of mcp has been released that changed the streamable-http transport. This requires CrewAI to update how they interact with mcp during their transport initialization and for now initializing a CrewAI agent that uses MCP tools using streamable-http transport results in an error similar to this. As a workaround, in this PR we pin the version of mcp on our side.
