Summary

remove DigitaltrendsCsvReader
output scraped Digitaltrends data to a timestamped CSV
register the new CSV file in about.csv
add the generated CSV file

Testing

dotnet build OpenData.sln -c Release (fails: command not found)
python3 aggregate_scores.py (fails: ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'pandas')
