    I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
    This PR addresses the issue of the failing GitHub Actions due to bad credentials. The dessant/lock-threads@v4 action was failing because it was not provided with the correct GitHub token. This has been fixed by explicitly passing the correct token to the action.

Summary of Changes

  • Modified the .github/workflows/cla.yml file to pass the correct GitHub token to the dessant/lock-threads@v4 action.
