  I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description

• If the GITHUB_TOKEN was already set in the env section, ensured it's correctly set to ${{ secrets.GITHUB_TOKEN }}.
• Checked that the GitHub token has the necessary permissions.
