Just an experiment to see how disruptive this would be. I might stop short of actually changing the app label, i.e. it might be that the migrations are still tracked under
oel_contents, even if we rename all the tables to a "oel_media" prefix and change all the dirs. Still chewing on how that kind of change would work.
