This pull request adds an examples auto-run skill and refreshes example scripts for automated execution. It introduces the documented .codex/skills/examples-auto-run skill with a companion scripts/run.sh runner, updates examples/run_examples.py and examples/auto_mode.py to orchestrate auto mode execution, and touches the agent pattern, basic, customer_service, mcp, and tools examples to align with the new flow. It also adjusts .gitignore to support the workflow. No library code under src/agents was changed, so impact is limited to tooling and examples.
