Resolved issue #129, implemented Cafe Bazaar into OpenIAB.
The store is designed to work exactly like GooglePlay In App Billing v3, therefore, most of the implementation is deeply based or extends the already existing one for Google.
Please note I do not own a Cafe Bazaar account nor I have permission to create an App there, so I have not been able to add the required example code to the Trivial Drive Sample. I would recommend to take this code as a base and create an App in Cafe Bazaar to add the necessary keys to Trivial Drive Sample.
The integration has been tested in a proprietary App (therefore, I cannot add the tests from there).
If there is anything else I can do, please don't hesitate to ask.
