Exploring an SH tree. Since the SH region is very short, this involves deduplicating the sequences (external to the workflow) and adding
identical_towith list of duplicate IDs, andduplicate=[duplicate|unique]. I was curious if we would get more recent data by tracking SH sequences.Even while the frequency looks better.
