At least the status CI ran as scheduled since the test run. Will merge tomorrow if the other pathogen workflows run as scheduled. |

Hmm, looks like the only pathogen that did not run as scheduled this morning is mpox, which is still scheduled for the start of the hour. I'll merge this PR since it seemed to help the situation overall and separately update the schedule for mpox. |
