Feature/title and desc

This isn't ready to be merged yet but I thought it would be a good place to collaborate on getting this next stage over the line. Current state is:

• inline-svg failing because of import not being found
• async-svg works but doesn't get "optimised images" from Broccoli tree
• Build process does optimise SVG text that goes into the aggregate JSON blob but somehow these optimised settings are not being put into the tree and being persisted as SVG's in the /dist output.
