Merge Checklist
  • Followed patch format from upstream recommendation: https://github.com/kata-containers/community/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.md#patch-format
    • Included a single commit in a given PR - at least unless there are related commits and each makes sense as a change on its own.
  • Aware about the PR to be merged using "create a merge commit" rather than "squash and merge" (or similar)
  • The upstream/missing label (or upstream/not-needed) has been set on the PR.
Summary

This is a draft implementation of SDL and binary hardening test container used for kata-conformance-test pipeline. It's based on
the prototype in ankitapareek/kata-containerized-test-tool-v1, which is subject to change. Current plan is to:

  1. Use this feature branch to start off SDL and binary hardening tests in kata-conformance-test pipeline.
  2. Wait for test container upstream effort to complete
  3. Downstream changes.
