It seems we have a problem with pathauto been enabled before file_entity that needs tracking down. It could be related to md-systems/pathauto#42 |

Pathauto changed a lot and I've removed the pathauto default configuration. Want to try and rebase this? Note that you will have to create a new pull request against drupal-media/file_entity, which is the home of this project now. |

On the status page we currently have the following errors:
The mismatches are the field_storage_definitions for
pathandtype. This works for type, for my situation, I couldn't enable pathauto first so this wasn't working forpath, but I think that's another issue.
