Notes:
SmartScripts is a reloadable DB-Script system, with full control for special scripting.
E.g. Escorting, following, complex combat handling, pre-stored AI templates (caster, turret, etc).
Once implemented, will have 66 events, 78 actions, 22 target types.
This change is
